Delete your Odio account

You can permanently delete your Odio account and the data linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — in the app (instant)

Open Odio and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account, then Delete forever.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Option 2 — without the app

If you no longer have the app, email us from the email address you signed up with, so we can confirm the account is yours:

Or write to support@odioeg.app with the subject "Delete my Odio account". We delete the account within 7 days of confirming the request and reply to let you know it's done. If you signed in with Apple using a private relay address, tell us that address, or delete the account in the app instead.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in details and profile (name, email, phone).
Your conversations with studios, including every message, voice note, photo and file in them.
Reports and blocks you made, and your device push tokens.

What is kept

Past bookings remain in the studio's records — studio, room, date, hours, price and status — because the studio needs them for its own bookkeeping. Your name, email, phone and account link are erased from them, so they no longer identify you. Nothing else is kept.

Studio accounts

Studio-owner accounts can't be deleted from the app because a studio listing, its bookings and its invoices are attached to them. Email support@odioeg.app and we'll close the account and remove the listing.
