Odio ("the app") helps musicians find and book music studios in Egypt. It is operated by Mohamed Abdelhamed, an individual developer based in Cairo, Egypt ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. Contact: support@odioeg.app

The microphone is used only while you are recording a voice note, and photos or files are read only when you pick them to send. We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any payment card or bank details. The app contains no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Payments are arranged directly between you and the studio (e.g. via InstaPay); the app never processes money.
Booking details and your name, phone and email are shared with the studio you book, so it can confirm your session and contact you. Chat content is visible only to you and the studio you're talking to. We use these service providers to run the app, and they process data only on our behalf: Supabase (database, sign-in, file storage), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), Resend (sign-in and booking-confirmation emails), and Apple (Sign in with Apple, only if you use it). We do not sell data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Database access is enforced per account with row-level security: customers see only their own bookings and conversations; studios see only their own. Chat files are kept in private storage.
Your data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time:
Deleting your account permanently removes your account and profile, your conversations with every message, voice note, photo and file in them, the reports and blocks you made, and your device push tokens. Your past bookings stay in the studio's records (studio, room, date, hours, price and status) because the studio needs them for its own bookkeeping, but your name, email, phone and account link are erased from them, so they no longer identify you.
Odio is intended for adults — you must be 18 or older to make a booking (see the Terms). It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
You can see and edit your name and email in the app (Profile → Edit profile), and you can ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion by writing to support@odioeg.app. We reply within 30 days.
